The 2024 Women-Led Impact Investor Challenge empowers new and experienced investors to invest in women and non-binary led, purpose-driven businesses that align with their values and target returns. We’re so happy to share that we have filled our investor cohort in record time BUT you can still join the waitlist for this or other Impact Investor Challenges!

Through the Women-Led Impact Investor Challenge, Spring facilitates a joint cohort of individual investors and impact ventures to navigate all aspects of the investment process. From market analysis and impact measurement to negotiation, we work through a detailed program, culminating in an actual pooled investment of up to $100K.

We recognize that women and non-binary founders often build companies that address overlooked sectors of the economy that offer meaningful opportunities for change. They also face significant biases when raising funds, leaving them seriously lacking the capital to grow their companies and increase their impact.
