You should apply for funding consideration if you:

  • Are an early-stage Canadian startup ready for pre-seed or seed investment
  • Are a Founder located in Canada with primary business operations in Canada
  • Your business model has the ability to produce measurable impact on people’s health and / or the planet
  • Have a high growth, scalable business model with strong fundamentals
  • Are led by an outstanding leadership team with an impact-driven vision of success and demonstrated commitment to inclusion and belonging
  • Have already raised some friends & family or angel capital
  • Have thought about how to measure impact and are willing to build out and report on impact & diversity metrics
