What will you do?

Being a Program Manager of Spring’s Food Innovation Programming is an engaging, inspiring, and challenging opportunity.

The Program Manager is a key role within Spring where you will be joining a group of experienced PMs to create, manage, and facilitate food programming for the Spring Community. You will work in collaboration with the CEO, Senior Program Operations Manager, another food-centric Program Manager, and Program Coordinators. 

Key tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Initiating projects within the Food Innovation Team and other internal team and external partners

Designing and developing tailored program formats and curriculum centered around food: 

  • Ensuring projects are successful from kick-off to completion by ensuring alignment on objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget 
  • Working with the Spring Team to design and develop tailored program formats and curriculum leveraging Spring’s proven program tools and methodologies

     

Delivering select food-centric programs: 

  • Working with partners to define success, goals, objectives, and milestones
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Team to drive awareness and program applications
  • Creating presentations for online or in-person delivery
  • Providing research and mentor support to program participants
  • Leading the review and selection and applicants
  • Facilitating sessions online and in-person 
  • Engaging with and supporting your participants (entrepreneurs or ecosystem stakeholders) throughout, and collaborating with the Engagement and Impact  Coordinator to ensure customer needs are championed


Reviewing and evaluating programs

  • Analyzing feedback and sharing recommendations for improvement, replication, and scaling


Reporting back to internal stakeholders and key program partners

Meeting position and program KPIs and deliverables

You must also:

  • Have 5+ years of professional experience in project management, leadership roles, and customer engagement
  • Have proven success and passion in the food and beverage industry 
  • Have a genuine interest in seeing people succeed
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment with a high level of responsibility
  • Communicate and listen actively in a range of environments and with a variety of stakeholders with ease
  • Possess a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Have great attention to detail and the ability to manage projects effectively
