As Program Associate, your role is to support the delivery of projects and programs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, impact, and scalability.

Becoming a Project Associate at Spring is an engaging, inspiring, and challenging opportunity. The majority of your time will be working with Program Managers and the COO to implement Spring projects and programs from design to delivery and evaluation.
The role is broad, varied, and high-impact. It spans organizational and operational activities, marketing, and community engagement. Throughout, you’ll be collaborating with our Program, Marketing, Operations, and Community Managers. More specifically, your activities include:
