COVID-19: Update for the Spring Community

Dear Spring Community:

We’re living in wild and different times right now with COVID-19 (Coronavirus). For most of us, this global pandemic has affected both our daily lives and the work we do as we’re trying to adapt and learn to work remotely.

Like many other teams across the world, we’ve been closely following the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19 and it’s become very clear that we need to do our part to protect our community and those most vulnerable around us.

As such, here’s what you can expect to see from the team at Spring in the coming weeks:

PROGRAM DELIVERY WILL CONTINUE BUT MOVE ONLINE

Our team is ready and poised to continue delivering despite the challenges this situation presents. Effective immediately, all scheduled programs will be delivered virtually until further notice, although the timing and format may be slightly different to optimize the experience and support. Individual participants will be contacted directly with details about the program in which they enrolled.

IN-PERSON EVENTS ARE BEING POSTPONED

All in-person events have been put on hold for the time being. We’re currently exploring other ways to deliver these and will advise on a case-by-case basis. Sponsors and speakers will be contacted individually with more details as soon as we have them.

OUR TEAM IS AVAILABLE VIRTUALLY

Spring team members are available during regular business hours via email or virtual conference to continue collaborating with you as we usually do.

WE WANT TO HELP

As a company that greatly values community, we want to do what we can to help in this time of uncertainty. For the next few weeks, we’ll be going live online to provide tips and insights about business continuity, fundraising and investing in uncertain times. We want to make sure our content is truly useful to you, so we’d love to know what questions you have.

Sign up to get notified when we go live and provide your questions here.

PLEASE STAY IN TOUCH

We’ll continue to monitor the situation and adapt our delivery to the recommendations put forward by officials. We’ll continue to keep you updated via email, social media, and personal outreach in the meantime.

Community is important more than ever right now. If we can be of assistance in any other way in the coming weeks, please reach out. We’re here to help and support you.
