Spring’s IMPACT Startup Visa Premium Incubator begins with a 3-month long core incubator program and includes one year of access to premium services. The program is for entrepreneurs at the idea-stage who are seeking to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and launch plan with ongoing consultation and access to resources.

We help immigrant entrepreneurs create a positive social or environmental impact through their ventures, move to Canada, apply for Permanent Residence status and scale globally through the Canadian Startup Visa Program.

Program Details

Premium Incubator Program Breakdown
  • Months 1 to 3 – Participate in Spring’s core incubator program (see core incubator program curriculum here). 
  • Months 4 to 6 – Engage in weekly EiR mentor group calls with your cohort and monthly 1-on-1 private sessions.
  • Months 7 to 12  – Participate in four investment readiness workshops and monthly group calls with your mentor. 
  • One year – Enjoy one year of accessing Spring’s online learning platform.
  • Lifetime – Have lifetime access of Spring’s Impact Springboard community group.
 
Time Commitment

The time commitment for the IMPACT Startup Visa Premium Incubator is one year. Between months 1 and 3, you will participate in a core incubator program during which you’ll be expected to attend virtual training sessions 2 days per week. Between months 4 and 6, you will have weekly group mentor calls and a monthly 1-on-1 session. In months 7 to 12, you will be provided with 4 investment readiness workshops and a monthly group call with your mentor.

Program Cost
The total cost of the ISV Incubator Program is CAD $70,000 + applicable taxes per company application submitted by the Founder, and CAD $10,000 per additional team member (up to 5 in total). Please note that the cost does not cover immigration related costs. It covers the ISV program itself, including IRCC Startup Visa administration, paperwork, ISV coursework delivery, sessions, etc.
