Each 4-month cohort will consist of a curated group of 7 companies receiving custom support, advice and connections. Your cohort will be in one of two specialized tracks, tailored to your current stage in the fundraising journey:
Round Ready Track: For founders already in the fundraising process. Focused on solving challenges, refining strategy and facilitating investor connections.
Round Prep Track: For founders getting ready to raise. Focused on building readiness, knowledge, and investment-ready materials . Founders who successfully complete this track may be referred to the Round Ready Track when they’re prepared to actively engage with investors.
Elevate is a results-driven, community-powered experience designed to help purpose-driven entrepreneurs secure the capital they need to scale.

Facilitator-Led Roundtables: Curated sessions focused on tactical fundraising challenges, negotiation, deal readiness and peer accountability. Includes three private in-person gatherings to help you build relationships and put theory into practice.
Capital Talks: Monthly deep dive sessions led by experts and funders on topics like deal terms, legal considerations and alternative capital options. Topics may include deal terms, term sheet dynamics and investor relationship management.
One-on-One Advisory: As-needed tailored strategy sessions with experienced advisors to refine materials and provide curated investor introductions. Bring your challenges and materials to work through pitch refinement, data room review and investment ask strategy.
Capital Connection Events: In-person showcases that bring together vetted founders and aligned capital providers.
Online Learning Platform: Access to Spring’s Learning Management System (LMS), with session content, resources, and community interaction. Includes session videos and additional materials to build confidence.

Scale Ready: Build is for BC founders who are leading innovative ventures in BC and actively preparing to raise, or currently raising capital. Ideal candidates include:
Entrepreneurs with an established product or service
Ventures generating revenue or demonstrating traction (LOIs, pre-sales, pilots, etc.)
Ventures seeking to raise $150K–$1.5M within the next 12 months
Founders who may have already raised friends and family capital and are ready for angels, seed rounds, or institutional investment
Product-market fit and a clear growth trajectory
All are welcome to apply. We will prioritize participants from equity-deserving groups including those who are women or gender diverse, BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, youth (30 or under), persons with disabilities, those from remote/rural communities and/or newcomers to Canada.
