Accepted Canadian companies will receive custom-tailored growth plans with milestones and KPIs, access to a pool of experts and resources, and warm introductions to networks of capital sources to fuel the next stage of growth. Spring’s growth studio supports companies in navigating scaling challenges, and charts a clear path to sustainable growth and expansion. We will work with up to 24 companies over the next two years in this bespoke venture studio model, built on a foundation of our experience with the Spring Impact Capital Fund.

Scale Ready: Grow is for early-growth BC ventures that are:
Impact-driven and tech-enabled (software, light hardware, agtech, etc.)
Launched and in-market with early traction or revenue
Preparing to raise capital during or after the program
Targeting to raise $1.5M+ within the next 9–18 months
Led by founders who may have already raised friends and family capital and are ready for angels, seed rounds, or institutional investment
Led by entrepreneurs with an established product or service
Focused on market expansion, scaling sales, refining product, or enhancing operations
