Luan is an expert generalist passionate about empowering impact-driven founders, investors, and innovators. At Spring, she leads growth and expansion, guiding strategy and empowering teams to execute the vision. Outside of Spring, she is a mom, angel investor, and former entrepreneur with a background in management consulting and Commercial Real Estate. She also advises organizations aligned with her impact-driven values as a Board member of Propel Impact and Queen’s University Alumni.
