Invest Together in Women-Led Impact (previously the Women-Led Impact Investor Challenge) applications are closed. brings purpose-driven founders together with like-minded, supportive impact investors to learn about impact investing as a joint cohort. Spring has thoughtfully designed a successful program that addresses the unique challenges women and non-binary founders face as they raise funds in spaces where they are consistently underrepresented and excluded.

Founders will kick off their experience with a one day Investment Readiness Catalyst receiving guidance on preparing for investment along with bespoke financial and legal support. Then, they will be joined by a cohort of impact investors for the creation of invaluable lifelong connections in a collaborative, mutually supportive environment.

Together, founders and investors will learn about impact measurement, due diligence and more in practice while building meaningful relationships. Selected founders will be invited to continue to the next stage of the program, culminating in a hybrid pitch finale where one company takes home a pooled cohort investment of approximately $100K.

Typically, one company is selected but that doesn’t mean they’re the only winner (no seriously, we’re not being cheezy). All of the participants will gain connections, key materials and a community of purpose-driven founders & investors that every participant can leverage outside of the program.

We define “women-led” as any or all of the following:

A woman or non-binary person with significant ownership of the business – ideally 50% or more, with a minimum 33% ownership.
A woman or non-binary person holds the title of CEO, CTO or COO
A woman or non-binary person conducts a majority of the fundraising activities for the company.
Women and non-binary people from BIPOC communities will be prioritized.

Your company must be solving a social or environmental issue and contributing to one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. All sectors are welcome, with the following being prioritized:

Reduced Inequalities
Education
