What is Invest Together?

Invest Together in Women-Led Impact connects women + gender diverse founders with accredited investors to dig into each venture’s potential, without the all-too-common bias and barriers.

Which Stage is Right for You?

Choosing your starting point depends on your learning goals and how hands-on you want to be. You can begin at any of these stages:

1. Foundations in Gender Lens Investing
   Join our conversation series with Spring Co-CEO Caroline von Hirschberg and gender-smart thought leaders and investors. Foundations provides a timely, forward-thinking look at gender lens investing beyond the cap table. This will be a thought provoking series to take your perspective and impact investing thesis to the next level. Learn more here.
2. Top 10 Pitch > Top 5 Selection
   Investors from Foundations and Supported Due Diligence will attend a virtual pitch event featuring the Top 10 Invest Together in Women-Led Impact ventures chosen by Spring. Participating investors will vote for the Top 5 that they want to progress to Due Diligence on the path to making their investment decision for Top Venture.
3. Supported Due Diligence
   Accredited investors will do shared due diligence across the Top 5. You’ll be part of a team focused on one venture and share your findings with the other four DD teams. This includes support from a Spring analyst and an experienced DD Coach to work with you to develop Investment Memos.
4. Women-Led Impact Prize Finale
   Through Final pitches and deliberations with all investors, you will collectively choose the Top Venture to invest in. There is an option for additional accredited investors to join and invest in the selected Top Venture at this stage.

Who is Invest Together For?

To participate as in Invest Together as an investor, you need to be:

How Will the Investment Be Made?

At the end of the program, the founder(s) of the Top Venture will have the option of receiving individual investments directly from each accredited investor or one pooled investment from all of the investors. If the founder chooses to receive a pooled investment, each investor will be asked to contribute a small sum beyond any program fees to go towards the costs of creating the SPV vehicle that will invest in the Top Venture.
