Which Stage is Right for You?

Choosing the best stage to begin at depends on your learning goals and how much time and equity you want to invest:

1. Foundations in Gender Lens Investing
   Join the conversation series conversations with Spring Co-CEO Caroline von Hirschberg and gender-smart thought leaders and investors. Foundations provides a timely, forward-thinking look at gender lens investing – beyond the cap table. Designed for accredited investors, this will be a thought provoking series to take your thinking – and impact investing investment thesis – to the next level. All are invited to the meet the Top 10 Women Led Ventures pitching in February 2026. You can also get exclusive rates if you continue on for the full Invest Together in Women-Led Impact program. (Four 90-minute sessions Nov. 24th -27th, 2025 or Jan. 26th – 29th, 2026)
2. Top 10 Pitch
   Investors from Foundations and Supported Due Diligence will attend a virtual pitch event featuring the Top Ten Invest Together in Women-Led Impact ventures chosen by Spring. Participating investors will vote for the Top 5 they want to progress to Due Diligence on the path to making their investment decision. (February 2, 2026)
3. Supported Due Diligence
   For accredited investors seeking to do shared due diligence across the 5 companies. You will be part of a team focused on one venture and share your findings with the other four DD teams. You will be supported with an analyst and experienced DD Coach to develop Investment Memos for all Top Ventures.
4. Women-Led Impact Prize
   Through Final pitches and deliberations with all investors, you will collectively choose the Top Venture(s) to invest in. There is an option for investors to join and invest in the selected Top Venture(s) at this stage.
