How Can Elevate Help Me?

Raising investment can be intimidating and full of “what do I do next?” moments. Our facilitator-led funding roundtables have a proven track record of helping founders just like you navigate the journey to pre-seed or seed capital for their impact companies.

You’ll join a weekly, 4-month cohort with six other companies at the same stage to receive custom support and connections to accelerate your progress. Start on one of two Elevate tracks:

Round Prep: You’re getting ready to raise. We’ll support you with the knowledge and materials you need to set yourself up for your round. Upon completion, you will be positioned to move into the next track to continue support while you’re actively raising investment.
Round Ready: You’re already raising investment. We’ll focus on solving challenges that arise as you raise, refining your strategy and facilitating key investor introductions. Once the 4 months are complete, you can choose to continue to another Elevate Round Ready cohort or move up to our Grow Venture Studio.

What’s Included?

Facilitator-Led Roundtables: Curated weekly sessions focused on tactical fundraising challenges, negotiation strategies, deal readiness and accountability.
Capital Talks: Deep-dive sessions led by experts and funders on topics like deal terms, term sheet dynamics and investor relationship management.
One-on-One Advisory: As-you-need-them strategy sessions with experienced advisors to refine your materials and explore potential investor connections. Bring your challenges and materials to work through pitch refinement, data room review, investment ask strategy and much more.
Curated Investor Connections as appropriate based on your investment readiness.
Online Learning Platform: Access to Spring’s Learning Management System (LMS), with session content, resources, and community interaction.

What Are the Benefits?

Who Is This For?

Elevate is for Canadian founders who are leading innovative impact ventures and actively preparing to raise, or currently raising, pre-seed or seed investment. This can look like:

Ventures generating revenue or demonstrating traction (LOIs, pre-sales, pilots, etc.)
Ventures seeking to raise within the next 12 months
Founders who may have already raised friends and family capital and are ready for angels, seed rounds, or institutional investment
Product-market fit and a clear growth trajectory

What do we mean by “impact”? Your venture is contributing to one or more of the UN Global Goals that includes, but isn’t limited to:

Healthtech/Femtech
Climate Tech/Cleantech
Responsible Consumption & Production
Reduced Inequalities
Education
