Invest Together in Women-Led Impact (previously the Women-Led Impact Investor Challenge) brings purpose-driven founders together with like-minded, supportive impact investors to learn about impact investing as a joint cohort. Spring has thoughtfully designed a successful program that addresses the unique challenges women and non-binary founders face as they raise funds in spaces where they are consistently underrepresented and excluded.

Luan is an expert generalist passionate about empowering impact-driven founders, investors, and innovators. At Spring, she leads growth and expansion, guiding strategy and empowering teams to execute the vision. Outside of Spring, she is a mom, angel investor, and former entrepreneur with a background in management consulting and Commercial Real Estate. She also advises organizations aligned with her impact-driven values as a Board member of Propel Impact and Queen’s University Alumni. After earning a degree in Development Studies, I began my career in microfinance impact research in India, collaborating with organizations to set up randomized evaluations. I then moved to the banking sector, focusing on risk management and client relations at Citigroup and HSBC in London, Paris, and Taiwan.
Leveraging these experiences, I returned to development and established a social enterprise in Cambodia. Following four years there, I joined Phitrust, a Social Impact Investing fund in Paris, where I spent four years investing in social enterprises across Europe and Africa.
