Megan Dado is forever curious about what makes people tick. During her career she has been very fortunate to have the opportunity to drive this passion into marketing, advertising, strategy and team development for hundred of brands/businesses. Megan’s favorite ‘playground’ is the digital space, spending the last 10 years working in London England for business like Rakuten, AIMIA, Maximiles as well as consulting. At Rakuten, the 3rd largest ecommerce business in the world, Megan lead the European Affiliate business unit with 44 team members and 425 clients in the retail space. With Megan’s next big passion, driving results, they were able to delivering over 100% to budget with year on year revenue and profit increases of over 30% in a market only growing at 11%. Megan studied international business, strategic management and marketing at Capilano University in Canada and Pecs University in Hungary. In her free time she enjoys the outdoor, the arts and a busy lifestyle with her husband, two boys and dog.

Chin mentors entrepreneurs on improving sales techniques, acquisition strategies, and copywriting. At Spring, he has helped our 600+ entrepreneurs launch over 300 companies. As a speaker, Chin focuses on ACTIONABLE advice and processes, not just the motivational fluff, and has presented at various conferences and companies including Protohack, PVCC, RED Academy, and many more.
Mari Mathews begun her career working internationally for 10+ years in the ski & tourism industry in business development, marketing and partnerships doing business in numerous destinations across the globe. In Oslo, Norway she co-founded Outtt raising over 4 million NOK and driving the company to over seventy thousand monthly active users and 40+ paying customers. Now back in her hometown of Vancouver, Mari devotes her time to helping entrepreneurs navigate raising capital for early stage growth.
