Invest Together in Climate Innovation

Overview

Spring aims to increase the flow of investment capital into Canadian climate innovation startups while also supporting the success and sustainability of the ventures through investment readiness training, financial & legal support, mentorship and post deal advisory work. We also recognize the systemic underfunding of underrepresented founders and will prioritize their ventures in this program to create equitable access to funding for all.

What to Expect

Invest Together in Climate Innovation (previously the Impact Investor Challenge) is a value-packed program, educating participants on what it looks like to evaluate impact business as an investment. 15 companies will participate in investment readiness programming to be well poised to present their companies. Participants will go through a learning journey together and then a Top 5 will be selected to dive deeper into understanding the due diligence process. Participants will then have the optional opportunity to invest in the Top Company.

Participants meet Founders– October 8, 2024
Founders Pitch – October 15 & 22, 2024 
Top 5 Founders Selected for Due Diligence Training – October 23, 2024
Weekly Learning & Due Diligence – October 1st to December 3, 2024 (9 weekly sessions)
Top 5 Founders Pitch at Finale & Winner is Announced – December 3rd, 2024

The registration fee for the program is $350 for early bird and $500 after that. We also offer a 2 for 1 deal for you and a friend.
