  1. Introduction to Blended Finance – Understanding and demystifying blended finance definitions, history, and its place in your investment thesis and portfolio construction.
  2. Your Role in Blended Finance – Understanding the spectrum of blended finance investments. How to differentiate blended finance investing from other investment types and from philanthropic spending, highlighting the unique aspects and benefits of each approach to align your risk, return, and impact objectives to the right types of blended finance deals.
  3. Approaches & Structures – A deeper dive into the different funding approaches, spanning conservative to innovative, and the range of concessionary & catalytic to market rate returns.
  4. Collaboration & Co-Investing – Learn the different roles in blended finance deals and how to connect with like-minded investors. Using a specific example, we’ll explore how co-investing and collaboration come to life in blended finance deals. 
  5. Lessons Learned – Case Studies – Review case studies to unpack what worked, what didn’t, best practices, and how you can apply them into your own blended finance work.
  6. Identifying Your First or Next Investment – Multiple current blended finance opportunities will be presented with a mentor-supported review to unpack your questions, ideas, and concerns and to create a map of potential next steps.
