Invest Together in Climate Innovation (previously the Impact Investor Challenge) is part of Spring’s ongoing commitment to empower early-stage, purpose-driven businesses to learn how to access vital capital while making lifelong connections with like-minded impact investors.
Spring aims to increase the flow of investment capital into Canadian climate innovation startups while also supporting the success and sustainability of the ventures through investment readiness training, mentorship and post deal advisory work. We also recognize the systemic underfunding of underrepresented founders and will prioritize their ventures in this program to create equitable access to funding for all.

Join us for this online celebration of climate innovation and the impact entrepreneurs & investors making our world a better place together.
Throughout this 10-week program in September to December 2024, Spring will facilitate a joint cohort of climate innovation ventures and impact investing-curious participants from across Canada to explore all aspects of the investment process together. Building on our 4 previous climate programs, we have thoughtfully designed a two-stage initiative that addresses the unique challenges you face raising funds in the climate sector.
Top founders will be selected for the venture cohort, digging into our Essentials in Raising Equity+ training. From building out your due diligence to developing your investment memo, the program will assist you in creating tangible assets. Then, you will be joined by a cohort of potential impact investors and together, you will learn about impact measurement, due diligence and more in practice while building relationships.
