Spring offers our IICs across different themes and geographies to diversify the impact investing ecosystem and fuel sustainable solutions to pressing global challenges.
We facilitate a cohort participants who are curious about impact investing with a cohort of purpose-driven founders to understand the fundraising process together. Activities include weekly learning sessions, group due diligence and networking events.
The program has elevated my confidence and competence as an impact investor by allowing me to execute my thesis in a way that I couldn’t have imagined two years ago.

Whether you’re an accredited investor or an aspiring one, here’s how investing with impact can change the world for the better.

These are 8 to 11-week training programs where we gather a group of participants who want to understand how impact investing works. The group will go through training specific to the focus of the program. At the end of the program, they have the option to invest in the Top Company should they be interested.
The program is 8 to 11 weeks long. We meet online for 2 hours each week. We’re family, pet and food friendly, understanding that participants may get interrupted or need to eat during our sessions. We just ask that if you eat during the session, you provide the recipe in the chat and if you have a cute pet, we must see them at least once. Cute kids are optional.
At the start of the program, you’ll be given access to an optional online training platform that provides you with approximately an hour of content per week. We realize that some weeks you might be all over this, while other weeks you just won’t have capacity.

If you’re psychic, you already know who they are. If not, the selection process for ventures ends at least three weeks before the start of the program. Once the startup pool is selected, we’ll share the list with all registered participants and those who are still considering participating.
The selection is fully in the hands of the participants. As the program continues, you will reduce the startup cohort, from approximately 15 to 5, then choosing one at the end.
Because they had so much fun, met so many like-minded people and learned so much, many of our participants will continue exploring investment education opportunities through Spring.
Basically, once you’re here, you’ll never want to leave.
